this upcoming friday i'm going to a private gymnastics lesson, is there anything i should know in advance? i'm learning my backhand spring cause i need it for cheerleading next year.
i can't do a split right now so any advice on getting one quick; like by april? and toe touches?
for the back walkover, any easy ways to walk over? i can do a bridge but i can't quite walk over yet. i don't know why not cause i feel confident lol

The best advice I can give you is to practice by stretching everyday and working on it everyday. The more flexible you are, the easier it will be to learn it. I'm sure you already know that though. :)
