Let me say first that I am not getting one im just curious. How do abortions work? (link)

there are different types of abortions, there is partial birth abortion, where the baby is fully developed and is pushed out of the vagina until only the head is out, then the doctor takes a vacum like machine and sucks the babies brain out killing it. then there is the regular abortion, where the mother is injected with some kind of fulid that kills the child before it is fully developed and then the docter reaches up there and takes it out.
I know this only because i had to write a paper about it.
