Q: ok. so i want a flatter stomcach. and everyones liek ohh do crunches and stuff.

but then some people are like well wouldnt that just build muscle under your stomach? so you'll get fatter?
nahh. When you do crunches, it tones your stomach. It makes the fatty tissue go away, and makes your stomach muscles appear having somewhat of a 6 pac, except not. It just makes your muscles look more defined & good.=]
