ive been thinking about getting a perm since i have pin straight hair it doesnt curl no matter what. is there any way i can get a perm to make my hair look like its scrunched??? like http://www.pixparty.com/shades/photos/YAT2FV7PGA.jpg i just want loose waves not banana curls or really curly hair. Well if you really want a perm that bad then go do it at a perm salan
