what is the minimum time i need to wear my retainer? i've had my braces off for a few months. my retainer is so uncomfortable :( is a couple of hours a day good enough? _(link)

Wear it all the time. I mean it! People won't make fun of you, and if they do, they're stupid. If you absolutely can't do that, then just wear it at night. This is imperative.
