I have these little bumps on my arms and just a few on my face. They dont show at all but when you touch my face or arms you can feel them. It's not bad enough to go to the doctors for. I've tried a lot of things but none of them are really working! help! (link)

ok .. i have this. i went to the doctors about a year or two ago and they give u this lotion stuff that u put on morning and night (twice a day) so you get that and KEEP PUTTING IT ON ... i made that mistake and i still have them but there alot better than before. trust me .this works!i used to be so self consious about these i wouldent wear short sleeve shirts! but there normal and alot of people have them
