what do i do about this teacher he looks down my shirt all the time everyone see's him doing it i can't change the way i dress cause i wear v neckes and thats i i like but i'll wear i jacket in his class and when i bend down to pick up my pencil he looks what do i do help me plez (link)

You should definitely report this guy to someone such as the counselor or principal. If other people see him do it, they they can go with and act as a witness. This guy has no right to harass you this way and make you feel uncomfortable. If he is doing it to you, he might be doing it to other people.
