I recently bought a USED mini ipod 4gb off of ebay. The buyer had claimed that it didnt have any headphones or manual. But when i got it, all it was, was the ipod itself! with no usb, charger or anything! So i bought one, with headphones (all together came out to over 200 dollars) now that would have been alright..if the iPod had actually worked! I charged it all night too where it says "charged" and it only lasts up to 5 minutes! the buyer said no refunds..but he had also said "there was no flaws and was perfectly functional" if he decided not to give me a refund..is it possible to sue? is there anything else i can do about this situation? If you payed through paypal, you can complain to them and they will help you resolve this issue and maybe get your money back.
