i dont know what kind of acne you have, like some ppl have really bad acne all over their face and some ppl just get a few big pimples every once in a while. if your like me and you just get a few big ones every once in a while sometimes i put mint toothpaste on them for a few hours and then wash it off when i take a hot shower and it opens up the poors. i'm not sayng rub tooth past all over your face but in a few key areas and just dab it on the infected area. it wont just disappear but it will clear up faster and make you feel a lot cleaner.
