My mom keeps giving my dad crap about how he doesn't pay the child support, but she keeps going and spending the money on stupid crap.
The question i actually have is, when does a parent have to stop paying child support? Does he have to pay till the child is 18 and legally an adult, or does he have to keep paying until the child has graduated from high school? OR, is it determined differently for each divorce?

Well for me, my son's father has to pay child support until my son is 21. It depends on what the court or your state has for the age of the child. That money that your dad sends is for you. Not for your mom to spend. If you are little then she should be paying for cloths and stuff for you. I have been putting the money in the bank for my kids for when they get older they have it. I have three kids that get child support,so each one of then have a bank account. I hope that I helped you.
