OK so there was this really cute hooded vest I liked at gap, but I can't find it anywhere in my size (XS) including the website and two different locations. I was wondering if anyone knew where they sell similar hooded vests like that in an XS? (link)

Ok look u asked i answered next time be more specific and a teen store is a place where u obviously can fit da clothes. u must live in the surburbs or the old country town.

I wasn't asking where I could try, I was asking where anyone knew for a fact they could be found. I don't know what the hell DEB is. Rave is TRASHY. And Pac Sun is a surf store. And what on EARTH would you use the term 'teen store' for?
