Please i need an answer ASAP i will rate 5s and give great feedback if u answer this:
how do i draw 13 3/4by 11 feet on grid paper without being actual size?? ohh and i have to use a ruler so tell me on on the ruler like do i count the lines or what?help! _(link)

You use a mathematical scale. Like on maps and such. 1 inch = 1 mile etc. I'm mathematically inept, so I can't give you the scale for YOUR problem. Just give me a 5 already.
