how do i draw 13 3/4by 11 feet on grid paper without being actual size?? ohh and i have to use a ruler so tell me on on the ruler like do i count the lines or what?help! (link)

Id say make each notch a 1
then Drawn a line 13 3/4 boxs
then the other going vertical 11 blocks
