Hey,
I currently weight 105 pounds. I used to weight 90 pounds and look perfectly fine but since last xmas I have put on just over a stone. I'm extremely short so it's not like I'm a skeleton. I admit that I was too skinny at 90 pounds, so I want to get down to 100. What are some SAFE, it doesn't matter if they are slow, ways to lose those five pounds? I know excersize and eat healthy but can you give examples? And I don't like many fruit or vegetables so what are other healthy, low-fat foods?
I know I don't really need to lose weight but I'd feel so much more confident at 100 (around 7 stone) pounds and I'm starting to feel fat like this!! I have swimming lessons for seven weeks starting on Friday and by the end of it I would like to be down to 100. Please help!
P.S. Will the swimming help? I am a sucker for sugary foods, how can I stop cravings?

i really dont think you should lose anymore weight but if you want to w/e. The swimming lessons will deffanittly help lose wieght. you can eat sugary foods just dont eat ALOT of it. like if you want to eat a candy bar dont eat the whole thing in one day just have 2 or 3 bites. You could also try jogging around your block. this seems a little much for 5 pounds but it will help. i should do this too. I hope this helps!!! :)
