Well heres my problem theres this one guy lets call him Joe. Well i've known Joe since like the 7th grade (im in 10th grade now) and i've always had a huge crush on him! it sux. well i think he knows and he's always like hinting at me that he likes me too. But, i dont want to get attached or become his girlfriend (he's asked me before) because he's got a rep of breaking girls hearts. But, i cant get him outta my head and i wanna get over him. but its so hard! what can i do to get over him? or should i go out with him and see what happens? but i dont want to get my heart broken i've been through it a lot. someone plz help (link)

If you guys were bound to be together the you would've by now! There's just something that you guys are doubting with eachother, that has been keeping you from dating this guy. Maybe, it's the fact that he has a rep for breaking girl's hearts? Whatever, the case may be, the only way for you to get over him is to find a new boy interest, keep yourself busy with other things like a good group of girlfriends, and ask them if they know any other guys they could possibly set you up with. I think that you guys seem more like bosom buddies than anything, so you don't want to put a friendship at risk, when you seem almost positive that you might get hurt! Trust me, nothing will be the same after!
