you could talk to him and casually ask him if he wants to go to the movies with a bunch of people and you on friday. then at the movies flirt, talk a little, then later on (after flirting and hanging out), mabye in a few weeks ask him what you guys are, bf/gf or just friends. i wouldn't rush it!
