In my opinion, for brown eyes the best colors would probably be a peach color, or a light pink. Here is some information I found on a website though that I thought might help you out a little.
1. Shadow for lid: Soft peach that blends into your skin tone. This color should simply brighten up the area.
2. Crease: No color on brow bone.
3. Liner: Dark brown smudged into lashes. A hard line should not be visible.
4. Mascara: Dark brown to black, but just one layer for a natural look.
5. Blush: Work a baby pink blush into the apples of your cheeks. It should look as if you were born with this color.
6. Lips: Using a lip brush, apply a rosey shade of pink onto the lip area, blot and then apply again. This should ensure that the color will last. *Using a brush also ensure that you use less lipstick than straight from the tube. This technique looks very natural.
