Q: ok i make xanga layouts and ive been making them for over a year and i was wondering. where do layout sites get those thin diagonal striped backgrounds? do they get them off a search engine, each other or make them themselves?

I know how to make those. You just open up PSP and make the background a color than use a line brush and make them. you could also make them using paint. you could try using a search engine though if you wanted.
