I am SOOOOO Fat i am 5'12 and 250 pounds what are some ways of losing weight fast?

theres not way you can loose that much weight that fast but ur like 6 feet so you dont have to loose like 150 pounds , ask a doctor or a pharmist how mch some one your age and hight shuld weigh and start there
