Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people,though.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello. You need to get help IMMEDIATLY. My friend was a cutter, and I was the one he trusted to tell. I let his mom know, and he is so much better now. You need to tell someone you knwo you can trust and let them know. Tell your parents if you need to, but you need to get help.Cutting is no way to live. If you need, I can help you even, just let me know.
