Okay, I'm 13, weigh about 160, and am about 5'1". I have a flabby tummy and legs and I'd really like to get rid of this as fast as possible!!! Can someone either give me a list or show me to a website that has a list of foods that are healthy for me and would help me lose weight? I know about fruits and veggies, but what about other snacks? I've heard pretzels are ok, but what else? Oh, and what are some good streches and exercises? Thank you guys so much!!!! (link)

try peanuts. they are supposed to be really good for you to. as far as the excercise? SIT-UPS! they will definitly tighten your stomach! also, for your legs, try some leg lifts.
