okay well i have this sweatshirt... its my favorite, but my mom just washed and dryed it and it has shrunk like the sleevs are so much shorter now and the bottom part is like almost touching my belly button, is there anything i can do to make it streth back out>?? (link)

nope... unless you pull on it for a while... if you have a sibling get them to get one sleeve and you can get the other and walk in different directions.... hope i helped!!
