I need help. When I get around people I never know what to do. It dosen't have to be a big group just one or two people but for some reason when I'm around them I just freeze. If they try to talk to me I just stare at them or walk away. It's getting really bad because now my friends are getting mad at me becasue of this. What can I do to get over being shy. (link)

heyy .. my friend has the same problem and what he does is just talk online to people and try to build up confidence and have something to talk about online and then the next day in school you still have something to talk about sorry if i didnt help that much
