Is it true that you get nightmares if you eat before bed? And if it is, does any body have any idea why? Just a random question that popped into my head. :) (link)

Unless your nightmare is gaining weight then it isn't bad... Now if you eat alot before bed and have no chance to work the extra calories off then it could be a metaphoric nightmare. I eat before bed but I work it off...
