Believe me. It's really hard if the guy is shy and the girl is conservative because no one will do the first step. You know what? girls have sensitive feelings. They know what you are thinking and they know who likes them with a few exceptions ofcourse. If you like to catch her attention, try to always smile at her. Smiling is a tentative step to show you care for her. Also be open to her slowly and slowly and you'll just know she's getting herself to you.
