can you help me find a place where I can get a jumpstart on an acting career?! I've finally decided to presue my dreams and I've searched and there is nowhere that I can find where I think I belong! Please help =)!

why dont you try a local acting place. look it up in the phonebook or something. sorry im not giving the best advice im not into acting.. but yeah try a local place.
