is there any way i can convinve my REALLY overprottective mom into letting me go to bording school?! lol everytime i ask she puts on this sad face (like to make me feel bad) and says "you really wanna leave your mom?!" and i always say "no but i really wnat a change"....and i just think it's time for me to be able to be a little more independant! but i guess my mom thinks im gonna be a baby forever..anways do any of you know a way to convinve my mom to let me go!? and also i know this is totaly irrelevant to the subject (lol) but how can i convince my mom to let me date already when ALL my firneds have been allowed for a while now!...thanx i RATE HIGH! lol xox Ari (link)

probably my advice is not very the best, but i feel that sometimes there have to be a storm before the rainbow can come up. Just be firm and consistent about wanting to go to a bording school, tell her how bad u want to go and why. your mom is probably going to get angry and doesn't want you to bring up the subject. But you have to show her how bad you want to go to boarding school by keep bringing up the subject. AND let her know how much you appreciate and love her for being overprotective of you, but you want to expirience what's it like to be outside of the house, to be independant.... or something like that..... about the dating stuff, once you in boarding school, you'll figure it out :) lemme know how it goes if you decide to take my advice
