what is a man whore when directed towards a guy? ANd what is a man whore when direct towards a girl

Calling aq guy a 'Man-Whore' is just like calling a girl a whore, only it is normally a bit more comical and used to insult someone in a sort of funny way. But can be used to insult a man to the equality of calling a girl a whore, when used in the right context. no one should be calling a girl a 'Man-Whore' because it's a waste of air, just whore will do. But seriously, girls shouldn't be called man whores because they're girls! Hope I could help at least a little!!
