well when i like a guy and want him to notice me i simply talk to him whenever possible,if he shows signs that he likes you go for him, if not maybe he is shy..dont give up,just have a friend ask him. follow this advice and it'll probably get you where you want to be and you'll know if he likes you or not. -hope it works!
