i donno i think u have to be on here for a certain amount of time ya kno like a month or somthin i think im a moderator and i dont even really kno what im supposed to do ya i just checked it is a month and u have to have been rated at least 5 times and it has to be 4 or above rating average.HOPE I HELPED.its a lil confusing
