Im not sure if this belongs here...but i think i am underweight. Everyone says i look anerexic and i cant help it. my parents were both skinny. I am 5 feet exactly and weigh 97 pounds. Can somebody give me advice...am i underweight? _(link)

i was skinny too for my age once but hen i read this magazine about how to gain weight and it said to eat 500 extra calories a day to gain 1 pound a week

does that work?
