my friend cuts herself just for the heck of it. she doesnt know why either. i know it sounds crazy but she does it anyways. i've tried to talk to her about it and she promise she'd stop but i see cut marks on her all the time recently and much more than usual. what should i do? should i tell somebody....please help!

I've been in tha SAME situation!!! Except I was tha cutter...she probably just SAYS she does it fer tha heck of it when really deep down inside she is miserable..cutters cut themselves fer a reason!! it in their head..trust me i noe..i have gotten help but i use to cut n for a long time tha only person who new was my bff..i did EVEYTHING i could so she wouldnt tell...when in tha end my mom found out bc she found sum notes between me n my bff bout it...but u defenitly need to talk to her bout it..tell her u are always there ot talk..bc that helps..n Maybe u should tell. I know i didnt want my bff to tell but thats bc i was scared of what would happen..U should think bout telling though! Cutting is really serious n someday she could/might hit a vain n she could die...so u prolly should say something to SOMEONE her mom,dad, or maybe one of ur parents n see what they think!
