well i like this one guy and i think he like me! we talk all the time like on the internet and phone. i asked him one day on the internet if he likes me and didnt answer and signed off! does that mean he and is probebly to shy to answer or he doesnt like me??? (link)

Don't ask on the Internet because then if he's too shy or something and doesn't want to say, he can either go offline or block you or something. Ask in person and watch his reactions because even if he says no, you'll be able to tell if he's lying or not.
