Ok well obviously hes not that in to you. So i think he has totally moved on since you whole "fling".
Maby you should move on to. We think its best for you. It might all work out just act neutural for now, lay back and see what happens if he starts to like you can tell major then we think you should go for it. well there are a few things you can do but first tell him that you parents wont let you go out with anyone so you can #1 go out with him and not tell your parents #2 dont be boyfriend and girlfgriend but like eachother and do all the boyfriend girlfriend things or #3 try to talk with your parents and get them to let you go out with him.....

well if he likes one of your friends....dont you think that means that he probably dosent like you?...and if he does like you then that could potentially cause a bad situation since he lieks you friend.i dont want to say this but i think you kindof ruined your chance because you didnt like him when he liked you.....what i would do is i would talk to him and be like i know i didnt like you when you liked me but i like you know...do you like me? but if he does liek you i would talk to your friend about it first...friends are more important then guys

have one of your friends or one of your guy friends ask him if he likes you or have your friend tell him that you like him if you are to shy to do that make sure he can tell that you are interested by flirting and that stuff!!! it would be easiest to have a friend see if he likes you!!
