It could be one of many things.
1) Food poisoning
2) Pregnant
3) Something to do with your organs
4) Were you drunk before hand ! Haha
Definitely get it checked out by a doctor because they may need to do some x-rays or have a look inside to see whats going on.

Sex feels different for everyone. Some people enjoy it, some people don't. Also, each guy has sex differently as well, but since you just got married, the first time having sex with your partner will maybe be a little uncomfortable at first (if your a virgin) and after that it gets better. Make sure to switch it up in the bedroom to keep it interesting and different each time.
