Back in March I dyed my hair red for some reason and then a couple months later I dyed it back to brown but there's still the red tint. Would I be able to dye my hair black without it turning orange or something? Because I wanted to dye it black and add blonde peek a boo highlights but I'll do the highlights with bleach. Thanks.

New boots for fall, and the winter season

I want flat boots that are cute. either brown or black
my prices only go up to about 25 dollars. and if you find something thats a few dollars more thats okay.
ive looked at forever 21 online, and wet seal. theyve got good prices, but i want to know what will be more in this fall and winter? short boots that are like 2 inches above the ankle like forever 21 has ? or those suede knee - high boots at wet seal? i want to have boots that last in the fashion world for my money. i know that sounds caddy, but i hardly ever am in fashion and i only have one pair of sneakers, so i need some more closed toed shoes! thank you! by the way, are oxford shoes cute? or are the short or long boots more popular? thanks!

Okay, I'm going to an anime convention in October and I really need to know if there's a cosplay of Ciel Phantomhive when he dressed up as a girl! I was hoping to find it at a good price, possibly 100$ and a good wig, possibly cheaper than the cosplay! I really need to find this soon and I need help. Thank you!!

Halloween-belle beauty and the beast

16/f. for halloween this year i want to be belle from beauty and the beast. i dont want to wear a long gown because it would just get in the way when i go to a party. I want a short yellow dress, a little above the knee, thats poofy like belles. I dont want to look slutty, but i do want to look cute. also, i want it to be under $100, hopefully around $50. I'm going into my senior year next week, and im going shoe shopping this weekend. The only problem is, i've looked online and i haven't been able to find a pair that i like. My style is mostly girly. I have tons of flats, but i want a pair of sneakers that will match my outfits. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch :) <3

I'm starting college this year and I'm really starting to get annoyed with trying to find clothes that flatter my body. The problem is that I'm sort of flat chested. Not completely flat, but I'm 5'7'' and I weigh about 135lbs. Most girls that are my size have boobs, and most girls that are flat are like stick thin, so it's really hard to find clothes that look good because I feel like all clothes are made for women who have at least a little something on top. If this helps, I like to dress comfortably, and I wear skinny jeans a lot. What kinds of tops or outfits would flatter my body? I have no idea how to dress for my figure. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you!

Alright, so I hate these kinds of questions. I'm not too much of a girly-girl, and I always look over these questions, but I'm stuck. I'd really appreciate it if some of you could look at this thoroughly, and then give me an appropriate response.
I'm a natural blonde with green eyes and pale skin.
I've been searching for some way to make myself stand out more. Not specifically for a lot of attention or anything, I just want to spice my look up a little bit. You know, change things.
I want to dye my hair dark. I've heard that people with pale eye-color who have dark hair have extremely noticeable eyes. Like it makes them "pop".

Should I get a body wave in my hair?

I'm trying to find a back to school hair style and I was thinking of a body wave because it takes f o r e v e r for me to do my hair in the morning and i also need time to eat breakfast shower and do my make up, put on uniform etc. i wanted one until i was scared because my hair is medium thick. if i got one, they said that they are verryyy hard to get out if you don't like it. so now, i don't know what to do /: can anyone help me? what should i do? it was between that and dying my hair darker, becaus ethen it's easier to straighten and scrunch. what do you think???? easy five pointers

and i wanna dye it a bit colourful like pink/red/purple. and the colours are more pastel-like and not all bright (i dont wanna look punk-ish) lol
but i'm not quite sure how. i definetely dont want all of my hair to be coloured xD

Getiing red streaks in my hair

Well, for the longest time I've wanted to get red streaks in my hair. And now i actually want to get around to doing it. One problem. I have no idea how to go about it.
First of all my hair is super curly. And I want them to look like (ignore what the model is wearing) http://www.hji.co.uk/hjimages/images/qhs29838/hji/medium/2008-red-streaks.jpg that.
So has anyone ever done something like this? What products should I have to buy? Do I need to straighten my hair first (I've never tried to sraighten my hair)? Any ideas would be greatly appriciated. I just don't want to do this wrong.

im 4'11" & 17 + senior this year in highschool..
im not growing aanymore and i look like im 14. ive always looked really young, how can i look older :( honestly it really irrtates me and it doesnt help that i have a cusin the same age thats gorgeous and looks older + she wonly wears eyeliner :/
