The minimum age to work at a McDonalds is 14 years of age. It may vary from state to state, but no state can permit someone under 14 years of age to work at McDonalds under normal circumstances.

Usually around 15 or 16. They sometimes hire 16 year olds more though.

Idk if its different in different states, but i believe you have to be 14 to work the drive thru or register. Hope i helped! :)
