I don't know what to get my grandma for christmas?

Hi everyone!
I have a problem. My grandma is really nice and I want to get her something nice for christmas but I don't know how to say this so I will just say it: She is an old lady! What do old ladies like for christmas?!? I don't want o be rude seriously and I want it to be something that she will really like because she has always been really wonderful to me.
Can anyone give me some starter ideas on what to get my grandma for christmas?

I am feeling extremely depressed right now, because I think I might have screwed up my first date with a guy I really, really like...I think I may have come on too strong, and yet at the same time, I was so incredibly shy, I held back and probably made him feel like we weren't 'clicking'...he hasn't contacted me since the date, and I'm afraid maybe he's avoiding me...

Hair tips for long layerd hair

does anyone have any ideas at all for what i could do with my hair. it is over halfway to my elbows and with kind of alot of layers and my bangs are pretty much blended now and my hair has a special wave haha not straight not wavy just weird so i pretty much straighten it every day. its now naturally back to many shades of browns n tinted red i guess? i cant curl it to save my life and dont like ponytails or headbands or hairspray bc im kinda wild haha. i usually wear just the bang area to the side clipped up in a bow or down, what else is there to do?

How long does it take for oral herpes to show up

My boyfriend has herpes on his lip. He has a lot of coldsores during the winter when his immune system is lowered by colds and flus. I feel really bad for him so I read a lot about herpes.
Well, yesterday I read that if I kiss him while he has a herpes sore then I could catch herpes. He has a sore right now and I kissed him yesterday A LOT! How long does it take for oral herpes to show up? When will I have my first outbreak if I do have herpes?
And how long will oral herpes take to show up on a STD test? I will be going for a test next month just to make sure everything is alright with me and I'm curious if I contracted herpes if it will show up on the test by that time...

Akward situation..?

I'm a girl in my 20's. So I've been dating my boyfriend for 1 year. I've always been really reserved and quiet. I'm coming out of my shell alot with him. On Halloween, we went to a club. My boyfriend, my best friend(girl whois bisexual) and I. we all were pRetty drunk and sat at a bar table inthe corner. My best friend goes to the bathroom. My boyfriend convinces me to take off my thong and giveit to him under the table...so I was drunk, and I did. As soon as she comes back, he shows her and she gets all mad ish that I did that. So I get super embarressed, put them back on. That night she went home and we haven't spoken since. Should I be the one to call her?! Or her me? I don't know what to dooo . I didn't do anything wrong... Did I?

Erasing MemoryCard?

I'm trying to erase my memory card even though there isn't anything on it. Like i'm trying to reset it because when i try to save pictures on it it says that the memory card is full, but when I hook it up to the computer nothing pops up in the memory card except for two folders. Thanks!

Ok so boys mature slower than girls and girls mature faster than boys...so they say. Well I'm in a relationship and I know I'm young(14) and he is too(15) but I dnt think he feels the way I feel like I know guys dnt really think seriously until they are older but I dunno what to do I see him flirt and like he doesn't get it that i really like him it's been 2 months and I dunno what to do.

Party and Unfinished Basement?

So I'm turning seventeen in a couple months :) I definitely want to have a party because I lovee parties and I haven't had one since elementary school.
I have a big, beautiful house, but the only problem is that I don't have a finished basement. At every single sweet sixteen or party I've been to, everyone just goes to the basement and that's where all the fun happens, you know? The basement is the place where it's enclosed and people can really let loose with their dancing (i.e., grinding).
My kitchen and living room are connected, which is nice in that I don't have to worry about people going upstairs and downstairs and whatnot. However, it's pretty open, if you catch my drift. Everything is really open....

So I gained weight from the craptastic food in my cafeteria (no wonder they call it the freshmen 15). I think I gained about 5lbs, which I hope isn't from the food because I just started exercising again + doing weights. It's kind of a slap to the face after losing 15 lbs. (I'm 135lbs right now)
I don't know how to balance my food out, since the food at the 'deli' area is so fattening and the only other foods include crackers+tuna dip, cereal and salad. There is no normal meat that isn't deep fried or coated in sketchy gravy. Would the only alternative for me be eating salad and crackers for the rest of university? ): I don't know how I'm going to lose another 15-20lbs by the end of university. Most of all, I want...

How to set up an emulator on a laptop?

I have a Windows Vista laptop and I need help setting up an emulator. The one I'm trying to set up is the PSX one (play station). Like i need step by step instructions on how to do it. Also where do I put the ROM files? And how can I set up the other ones like the N64 and GBA ones?

Tried to use a tampon, but it wouldn't work!

Tomorrow i am going to the beach, so my mum and I went shopping yesterday to get me tampons. I have never used them before, so this was my first time. We got the smallest size possible.
This morning after I had a shower, i tried to use the tampon. I did exactly what it said (i washed my hands and put my leg up on the bath, I did everything properly!) but I couldnt get the tampon in me.
It was like I didn't have a hole or there was some wall blocking me. It was really frustrating!
I thought that this might happen because once I read that good practise for using a tampon is to use your finger, so I tried that a while ago and couldn't get my finger in.
This is kinda embarassing, but it is also frustrating b...

okay, i keep this short and sweet. He wanted to talk, whilst talking i got mad and walked away, thereby 'ending the relationship'. That night he emailed me apologizing. i said i couldn't decide. i waited too long to say anything and he took it as an apology unnaccepted. His friends say he likes someone else now, but he says he still loves me. Is it too late for me to tell him i want him back? Should i wait for him to start talking to me first, or should i shoot him off an email right this second?

For sometime now, I have been talking with someone online, and we just met for the first time in person...we had a really great time that night, and he even kissed me and we slept in the same bed together...but in the morning, he would kind of snub all affection I would try to give him, like he didn't want to be touched in any way...until the next night came, and then we would be kissing again...I have been in a situation before where I mistook genuine feelings that could lead to a real relationship for just wanting sex and nothing more, and I am terrified that it may be happening again...am I just being paranoid and nit-picky about myself, or was I giving too much affection too soon?
